This is one of the most unique spaces we have ever been able to design. This was an abandoned downtown warehouse renovated by our clients inside and out. We were charged with designing the parking, swimming pool, entertaining patios/driveway, fireplace and shade areas. 

We created an unbelievable complete full property design for this elegant estate. From plants and lights to swimming pool and patios, we touched every inch of this incredible build.

We have lots of clients who push us to new heights, but this one may have won for giving us the biggest challenge. He dared us to accomplish something we had never done before, namely a glass walled swimming pool.

This is one of our all time favorite projects because it encompassed all aspects of our abilities and the client allowed us to create to our hearts desire.

We were tasked with designing a fire element, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and patios for this woodland covered hilltop home. We went with a natural free form concept to marry the backyard with its natural surroundings.

A lot of our clients like us to design for their "staycations", this was no exception and they love staying home for their vacations!

This project made us mimic and support the modern house design set forth by the house architect. We were able to pull off an amazing result and make this country setting pop with a modern flare.

These owners allowed us to create an area that was both fabulous and functional. Complete attention was given to the smallest detail from the tight midnight black grout joints on the Absolute Black granite fire/water feature to the color changing LED cove lighting to the automation package controlling the site. The family can now use their back patio almost year round with the aid of the overhead heaters and Big Ass Fan. The Panda Door enables a seamless connection between the inside and outside environments allowing the family to take advantage of good weather and maximum space for parties.

A project this challenging takes an "out of the box" design team and we were thrilled to be part of it. The elevation changes, natural storm water runoff and limited yard space posed a fantastic challenge, but allowed for an amazing result.

Our client started with just wanting a simple extension to their indoor living room, but ended up taking the extension quite a bit further. We designed a fireplace, bar, and kitchen for their outdoor entertainment needs.

This was an exciting project for us because it was so close our hearts. Our love for Mother Nature and her ability to do amazing things, influenced us during the design and implementation of this space. 

This project was designed for an extremely active family with young kids. The family entertains almost every weekend for groups large and small ranging from kids swim parties to adult sit down dinners. The wonderful challenge with this project was incorporating all of those requirements into one space. We exceeded the client's expectations by creating a huge multi-use swimming pool with a zero entry, tanning shelf, spa, two swim-up bars and a water wall that has two types of water movement to create a multitude of tones and movement.
